Returns & Exchange Policy

• Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 3 days of order delivery. Kindly keep the tags intact.
• Return of full priced products can be done against product(s)/store credit. An exchange fee of INR 200 per order will be charged to process the same.
• Used or washed items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We accept exchanges only iin exceptional cases. 

During online promotional events on our website

• A flat discount is applicable on the product cost of selected products only, that are listed on the sale page on our website, when live.
• The promotional pricing is valid only till stocks last.
• The products on sale are not eligible for any returns/exchanges/refunds. 
• Products purchased on full price cannot be exchanged after being discounted or during a period they are put on discount. These products are not eligible for discounted prices after purchase.
• No other promotions/coupon codes can be applied on discounted/sale items.
• There is no discount on shipping charges for discounted products.
• In case of any conflict, the Sale terms & conditions stated here will apply.
• Discounts are subject to change without prior intimation. No claims due to this will be entertained.
