We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise where an order needs to be canceled or refunded. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process while maintaining our commitment to quality and service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations:
    • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.
    • Orders that have been processed or assigned to the operational team cannot be canceled.
    • Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled.
    • Orders placed under special discounts and offers (e.g., New Year, Diwali, Independence Day) cannot be canceled.

We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase. Once an order moves into processing, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility & Processing:
    • If a return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • It may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.
    • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@varsaca.com.
    • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Varsaca ensures that all refund requests are handled with the utmost priority. However, refunds are only issued for eligible cases, such as order cancellations within the stipulated time frame or defective/damaged items reported within the given period. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
