At Varsaca, every product undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery. While the chances of receiving a damaged product are extremely low, any transit-related issues must be reported immediately. As a policy, Varsaca primarily offers exchanges. Refunds are limited and allowed only under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos on WhatsApp (7755920929) or email at support@varsaca.com.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Minor colour/design variations and size tolerance of ±1–2 inches are part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
• All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.
• All return requests are reviewed after inspection of the received product.

2. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed even if the customer does not like the product.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• In all exchange cases, return courier charges will be borne by the customer, even if reverse pickup is arranged by Varsaca (subject to location serviceability).
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging and tags intact.
• Size & Custom Exchanges
  • Size exchanges (including custom sizing) are subject to fabric availability.
  • Any price difference will apply.
• Exchange Limitations
  • Custom-made products, made-to-order sizes, and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Exchanged items are not eligible for re-exchange.
  • Replacement products will be dispatched only after the returned item passes inspection.
• Exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days after receipt of the returned product.

3. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched.
• If cancelled within this 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

4. Refunds

• Varsaca follows a strict no-refund policy for delivered orders.
• Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement (before dispatch).
• In rare and exceptional cases (such as unresolvable damage), refunds may be offered solely at Varsaca’s discretion and only after internal approval.
• Unless explicitly approved by Varsaca, refunds will not be processed.
• Approved cases are generally resolved through exchange rather than refund.

Order Processing & Dispatch:

• Orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
• Made-to-order items take 7-10 working days before shipping.

Shipping Charges:

• We offer free shipping for all orders within India.
• Charges vary based on product, size, and destination (calculated at checkout).

Delivery Time:

• Domestic orders: Varies by location.
• International orders: Approx. 15 business days (customs duties apply).

Shipping Updates:

• Tracking details are shared via SMS/WhatsApp & Email after dispatch.

Address Change Policy:

• Address changes allowed within 3 hours of placing the order.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

• Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

Return & Refund:

• Orders can be returned/exchanged only if defective (as per Return Policy).
• Refunds are processed if the order is not shipped or delivered due to our limitations.

Force Majeure:

• Delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.
